[Body of letter dictated.] Lady Millais has nothing of
Lord Leighton's to submit to the proposed exhibition of his works. The statuette 'Needless Alarms' belongs now to her son Everett, to whom she has forwarded Eaton's circular and form. She is pleased to hear of the proposed exhibition of her late husband's works [
Sir John Everett Millais] and will do her utmost to help with this.
