He applied to the President & Council [of the Royal Academy] for a ticket of admission to the annual dinner. Last night Mr. Tresham told him that the Council willingly consented, but are to meet to agree to the invitations on the following night. If his Lordship's health will not permit him to attend then another will make use of the opportunity, however, their dinner is temperate and of short duration.
