Declaration of the independence of the Council of the Royal Academy with proceedings of the General Assembly upon it
Copies of many papers and statements not recorded in the minutes of General Assembly. Firstly the declaration of the Council moved 24 May 1803. Also the report of the committee appointed by General Assembly 3 June 1803, to investigate the conduct of Council. The address to
George III from the General Assembly on the dispute, with details of who did and did not sign. A statement delivered to the King with the report, with an account of the delivery of the statement and address. A statement read to the General Assembly by the President on 29th November 29th 1803. Copies of proceedings in Council and General Assembly at the end of 1803.
Loose documents in the volume include an address to the King, delivered by the President in January 1804. A statment read by the President to the new Council on 3rd January 1803. A copy of the resolution that all entries relative to the censure of the rebel members of Council be expunged. Lastly a sketch by
