Content Description
Booklets containing lists of the names of those members of Council who were in attendance at each Council meeting. These records were kept to assist in accounting for expenses due to each member. The booklets are initially prefaced by a list of the members serving on Council each year. Each meeting is initialled by the President, later by the Secretary. From 1780 to 1783 the books contain accounts of payments for attendance made to individual members, with payments calculated from a fixed sum according to the number of Academicians present.
