Content Description
Recalling events in Rome in 1868 when she was a little girl, and her father had the S.P.G. chaplaincy in Rome. There was great public indignation at the execution of Monti and Torquetti for blowing up the Serristori Barracks. W.B. Richmond and his wife helped Monti's wife and child escape to Florence.
