Clarifying that Wyatt has the right to varnish his pictures in the Academy exhibition. He addes a note to the Porter to allow admission. He thinks Wyatt will not like the position of his pictures. The arrangement of the pictures is "incomprehensible" and no-one he has spoken to is satisfied.
