Asking Gibson for more information about an artist called Hely, who had made an offer to
the Prince Consort to produce a piece of sculpture, and had used Gibson's name among his certificates. The Prince Consort did not wish to offer a commission to a second rate artist. There is a copy of the letter in Gibson's hand.
