Two volumes containing typescript carbon copies of official notices issued by the Secretary's office on behalf of the Keeper and posted in the Schools for the attention of students. The notices relate to examination results, admission of students, distribution of prizes, award of scholarships, competition rules and related business. The volumes include the following three documents loosely inserted: a ms draft memorandum in the hand of the Secretary entitled 'Sculpture School. Recommendations of the Sculpture Section', listing five points, including the proposal to appoint a master of the Sculpture School, 20 May 1920; a letter from
Charles Sims, the Keeper, to
Charles de Gruchy, Master of the School of Architecture, informing him of the Council's decision to declare the studentship of A. J. Richards closed and to award a pass result to a male student called Roberts, c. 1924; and an undated list of probationers for admission as students, with totals of votes cast for each.
