Goetze has enabled everything to be tidied up regarding the selection of works by Alfred Gilbert for the V&A, his cheque was joined by one from the National Art Collection Fund. He went up to the Kensington studio to meet
Sir Eric Maclagan to see the works,
Goscombe John, Reynolds-Stephens &
Reid Dick all visited. The remainder works will be offered to provincial museums.
