1 to 2, to let his Great Room over the China Warehouse in Spring Garden for an exhibition of pictures etc, from 1 April 1765 to 2 May 1765, for £73 10s. Williams agrees to put up at his own expense any other supports to make the room perfectly secure, should surveyors on each part so determine.
