Completed in 1558, this beautiful stone manor house was home to George Washington’s ancestors for 120 years. Friends learn about the history of the house, the Washington connection and see the many treasures Sulgrave has to offer, including fine Tudor and Georgian furnishings, textiles and Elizabethan embroideries. We also visit All Saints Church to see the stained glass windows by William Morris & Co.
