St Pancras Old and New: Walk
16 March 2011
We explore the magnificent St Pancras International, arguably one of the most iconic train stations in the UK. We examine its origins and the impressive Victorian engineering solutions used to create this transport hub. We also learn about the elaborate, almost obsessive Gothic detailing of the station and adjacent hotel designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott. Please note the hotel is currently being refurbished and is inaccessible but photographs and detailed information on the hotel are provided during the tour.

This event is also taking place on 26 January 2011 and 9 February 2011
