Travel

Funds are available for travel both nationally and internationally, and applications are considered in the context of the specific development of each individual’s practice. A subsidised group-study visit usually takes place each year; for example, in 2007 the group visited Documenta at Kassel in Germany.

International exchanges

The school continues to build on its connections with international fine art institutions. In 2007 an exchange with the Academy of Fine Art in Helsinki was established. Other recent projects include an exhibition, in 2006, at Wisniez Castle, Nowy Wisnicz, near Krakow, Poland. Studio residencies at TIPP in Hungary have been taken up for the past three years.
