Gift Aid is a great way of increasing the value of your subscription.
Gift Aid is a Government initiative established to help charities like the Royal Academy to increase their income. The Government gives us a financial reward for every Friends subscription and this does not cost you anything extra.
If every Friend were to give us their consent, the additional income from Gift Aid tax reclaims would be worth over £1 million a year to the Royal Academy.
This is an extremely worthwhile scheme to consent to, especially as it is at no extra cost to you. If you are a UK taxpayer, then you are eligible to give us a Gift Aid declaration. As a charity that does not receive any government funding, Gift Aid income is extremely important to us. So please consider Gift Aiding your subscription if you don’t do so already.
All we need is your consent – simply tick the correct box.
The Friends of the Royal Academy may claim basic rate tax relief.
