The London Original Print Fair is very happy to present the first annual Printmaking Lecture as part of the 26th Print Fair. 'Talking Turk' will feature artist Gavin Turk in conversation with art critic Louisa Buck.

Turk, whose work has always dealt with issues of democracy and authorship in art, has increased his printmaking output in recent times. As well as generating his own editions, he has commissioned a print portfolio “The House of Fairytales Print Portfolio” from a group of leading British artists. He will discuss methods and the importance of printmaking in his work and release a new print made exclusively for the Fair.

After the lecture Gavin Turk will be selling an edition of 200 'Green Fright Wig' screenprints at the special price of £200. Those attending the lecture and Fair that evening will have a unique opportunity to buy a print from this exclusive edition, on sale for the first time at the London Original Print Fair.
