IT Support Officer
Based in the heart of Piccadilly, the Royal Academy of Arts (RA) is one of the UK’s leading arts institutions, dedicated to the making, exhibiting and debating of art. We now have a rare and exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Officer.
Providing support to 300 users, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working in a helpdesk/desktop environment and a comprehensive knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7 work station, server 2003 R2 and server 2008, TCP/IP, Microsoft Office Professional 2003/2010,, troubleshooting network issues, administration of Exchange server 2010 and supporting Cisco Call Manager 4.5 onwards. Previous support of Apple Mac OS installation and configuration is preferred.
