Friday Night Jazz
Enjoy live jazz at the Royal Academy on Friday evenings. The Stacey Dawson Jazz Trio has headlined the Ealing Jazz Festival for the past 10 years and performed at the Soho Jazz Festival, Ronnie Scott's and the 100 Club, as well as the Royal Albert Hall (with the BBC Big Band). Jaz2 are a professional piano and vocals duo, playing a mix of jazz standards, bossa novas and blues. Sebastién Pipe Trio, from Trinity College of Music, combine alto saxophone with keyboards or bass, and female vocals or guitar. Sam Crockatt and his trio are student musicians from the Royal Academy of Music Jazz Faculty.
Royal Academy restaurant at nightime RA Restaurant
On Friday evenings the Restaurant is transformed from an informal daytime buffet into a relaxed table-service restaurant and bar, where you can enjoy a drink, maybe coffee and a pudding or a three course meal from £21.95, with a selection of carefully chosen wines from £13.50 a bottle, this is the perfect venue in which to dine before or after viewing an exhibition. Open from 6.15pm to 10pm (last food orders at 8.30pm and drinks 9.30pm).

Sir Hugh Casson Room for Friends of the Royal Academy
Relax and enjoy a drink in the Sir Hugh Casson Room, open to everyone on Friday evenings with a bar service from 6.15pm to 9.30pm.
Gallery Café
Serving a range of freshly prepared sandwiches, cakes and pastries this is an ideal place to visit for a light snack and drink. Open until 7.30pm Friday.
