Visiting the RA with your students

Visits for 10 or more full-time students can be arranged for all of our exhibitions at special education rates which include resources you can collect on arrival. There is no time limit to your visit and we encourage students to sketch in the galleries.

Complete and submit our online form

Your confirmation
Once we receive your request, we will contact you to discuss availability and to confirm your booking.

Payment options
If you have booked a visit that requires payment, you can either pay in advance and receive the tickets by post (cheques made out to 'Royal Academy of Arts' or telephone for credit card payment), or pay on the day of your visit at the Learning Desk in the front hall (only applicable to weekday bookings before 3.30pm). If it is a free visit, you will receive your tickets and visitor information in the post.
