Sushi Making Class 3 To celebrate Mariko Mori, the RA have teamed up with the Japan Centre to offer one winner plus guest the chance to win places on a Sushi Making Class plus a fabulous Sushi kit - so you can continue to create what you've learnt in class back in the comfort of your own home.

The sushi making class will teach you how to create beautiful roll sushi, including the basic hosomaki, ice cream cone shaped temaki, and a variety of inside out ura-makis.

Sushi You will also get a sushi kit with all the ingredients and tools you need to start making your sushi including sushi mat, premiere rice, sushi vinegar, nori seaweed, sesame seeds, say sauce and wasabi.

Closing date for entries is Sunday 17 February 2013.
