Olaf Nicolai presents a newly commissioned work, Samani. Some Proposals to Answer Important Questions (formerly Lonesome Spot). Using the choreographed movement of a pole dancer, a single light moves up and down a pole also turning on its own axis. The effect of this light in darkened room has a dramatic and theatrical effect.
