This winter sees Pablo & David of Bistrotheque swap the back alleys of the East End for the charms of Mayfair to open their second pop-up restaurant, FLASH.
A restaurant like no other; FLASH will be a room within a room, an installation within an exhibition but most of all a cool & buzzy restaurant in the heart of London.
