Name: Jessica Clot

School: Northwood College

Town: london

County: middlesex

Year: Year 12

Inspiration: The whole idea of the painting was prompted by my attempt to question whether toys such as plastic weapons encourage violence at a young age or not. I wanted to provoke the viewer's thoughts into contemplating why the larger robot desires to harm the smaller robot, the victim, whose arms are pressed down by his sides.

Title: Childhood Delusions

Description: It is a large painting of two toy robots in combat, one much more dominant than the other due to its size. The toys seem to transform into something uncannily life like as they hold more presence than just inanimate objects.

Medium: Acrylic on Paper

Width: 88 Height: 67.5

Keywords: Imagination, Reality vs Illusions
