Richard Wilson RA, Turning The Place Over, European Capital of Culture, Liverpool, 2008-2011 Richard Wilson RA, Professor of Sculpture in the RA Schools, and Liza Fior of radical architecture/art collaborative MUF, present projects that explore ruptures and dislocations in the urban environment and we discuss their implications.
