Schools Annual Dinner and Auction 2012

The Royal Academy will host an exclusive fundraising dinner and auction in celebration of the Royal Academy Schools. Guests will enjoy a champagne reception and three course dinner, culminating in a live auction hosted by Sotheby’s. The impressive selection of artworks for auction have been donated by artists including Royal Academicians and recent graduates of the Royal Academy Schools.

The Royal Academy Schools provides the only full time, three year postgraduate art course in Europe. Students’ tuition fees are provided by the Royal Academy, which means that places can be offered based on the creative potential of the candidates who apply – a principle upon which the Royal Academy Schools was founded in 1768. All funds raised by the Dinner and Auction will go towards the Schools Endowment Fund and will provide support to keep the Schools running.
