The architect and owners of the ‘Sphinx’ house introduce us to this extraordinary home, set on the banks of the Isis in Oxfordshire. Built in 1994 as a modern interpretation of an Egyptian house, externally a central watercourse runs down towards the river through four ‘Sphinx Pools’. Later we tour of the River & Rowing Museum with their Collections Manager, and see highlights from their collection.
