26 June 2013

Built in 1871 by John Loughborough Pearson and known as ‘the Cathedral of North London’, St Augustine’s Church is a magnificent Grade I listed building and a fine example of Victorian Gothic Revival architecture. We explore the building, with its soaring vaults and elaborate decoration, including wall paintings and stained glass windows.
