Purchased in 1955 by art historian and broadcaster Lord Kenneth Clark, Saltwood Castle was also home to his son, the late Hon. Alan Clark MP. By special arrangement, we privately tour the castle with Alan’s widow, Mrs Jane Clark. Our visit includes the private gatehouse, the romantic gardens within the Inner and Outer Bailey and Lord Clark’s study and library. We also see Lord Clark’s vintage car collection, the new kitchen garden and fernery.
