The Palace of Westminster, built during the nineteenth century by architect Sir Charles Barry, is home to about 8500 works of art. We learn about the collection and visit the State Apartments including the House of Commons and Lords Chamber. We also visit the Prince’s Chamber, and the Royal Gallery, decorated with mural paintings by Daniel Maclise RA.
