The Arab Hall, Leighton House. We privately visit Leighton House, the former home and studio of Victorian artist Lord Leighton PRA (1830–1896). Built by George Aitchison, the house was extended to create an opulent private palace of art. A highlight of our tour is the Arab Hall, with Leighton’s priceless collection of Islamic tiles brought back from Damascus in Syria.
