Government Art Collection

On our annual visit to the Government Art Collection, we learn about this unique British cultural resource dating from 1898. With its 11,500 works, the collection comprises of pieces from the sixteenth century to the present day including works by John Constable, Paul Nash, Barbara Hepworth and Elizabeth Blackadder. We go behind the scenes with the curator to explore the London collection.
