Glasgow is packed with treasures to offer Friends this spring. During the weekend we visit Dumfries House (the recently restored Palladian manor), as well as Kelvingrove Art Gallery, the magnificent medieval cathedral, the adjoining Victorian necropolis described as ‘one of the most significant cemeteries in Europe’, and have guided tours of some of Charles Rennie Mackintosh’s most striking architecture and interiors.
