Fulham Palace

27 April 2009

Owned by the Bishops of London for over 1,300 years, Fulham Palace has a remarkable history and architecture. Once enclosed by the largest moat in England, on our guided tour with the curator we visit the medieval Great Hall, Victorian chapel, Terrick Rooms and Bishop Sherlock’s Room. Friends also have time to wander the historic gardens, once home to many of the country’s botanical ‘firsts’.

2–4pm; meet at Palace entrance, Bishop’s Ave, London SW6; SOLD OUT
