Willy Lott's Cottage
Castle House was the home and studio of Sir Alfred Munnings PPRA. It was transformed into a museum after his death and holds the largest collection of his work. Much of Munnings’s furniture has been left in situ to preserve the original character of the house. In the afternoon we travel to neighbouring Flatford where John Constable grew up and found inspiration for some of his most famous works. On our special walking tour we take in sites such as Flatford Mill and Willy Lott’s Cottage and learn about the Constable paintings that depict them.
9am–6.30pm; £69 (including coach, set lunch and a glass of wine, tea)
