Painting by Pietro Della Vecchia, c.1640 Founded in 1901, this museum is home to one of the finest optical collections in the world, including the spectacles of Dr Johnson and Ronnie Corbett! On our private tour led by curator Neil Handley, we visit the Council Chamber, the Panelled Room and the Print Room, which contain many of the College’s finest paintings, prints, furniture and decorative art pieces.
