A lecture by the founder of MVRDV, one of world’s most innovative architectural practices.
Dutch practice, MVRDV, has an international reputation for its consistently innovative and visually striking architecture. In this lecture, founder, Winy Maas, discusses the practice’s work, focusing in particular on their numerous housing projects, which include the just completed Markthal in Rotterdam. Maas explores how the practice creates housing of consistent ingenuity, warmth and conceptual integrity for a variety of clients all over the world.
